Frank received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England College in Springfield, MA in 1985. After several years in the Field Service group working with shop balancing machines, Frank has been involved in the sales and application of portable vibration measuring and continuous monitoring equipment for the past 20 years. I have been with SKF Reliability Systems for the past 9 years and am based in Houston, TX.

Current responsibilities include the sales of SKF Reliability Systems services and condition monitoring equipment in the states of Texas and Oklahoma. Frank has obtained Level 2 with the Vibration Institute and his CMRP certification.
