Viscosity Measurement is a Maintenance Tool for Equipment Operational Status

Joe Gaglio is an applications engineer at Cambridge Viscosity, Inc.  He has over 30 years of experience in instrumentation, controls and factory automation in roles of product and applications support and training.  Previous positions include Taylor Instruments, Texas Instruments, Ametek and Great lakes Controls as well as the formation of Creative Solutions which specialized in PLC programming and training. 

He has written papers on Adaptive tuning, PLC diagnostic routines and calibration of SMART transmitters.

William Small is the Regional Sales Manager for Cambridge Viscosity. He has over 35 years experience in Computer Technology, System Architecture, Factory Automation & Controls with PLC’s and DCS Systems. Bill started out his career designing main frame computers for IBM in New York and then went into sales with them 5 years later. Since then he has held various sales management positions with Digital Equipment Corp., Exxon Office Systems and Siemens AG.

Bill is a member of IEEE, ISPE and ISA organizations. He is degreed in Electrical Engineering with a BSEE from Manhattan College and MSEE & MBA from New York University. He resides with his family in the Boston, MA area.
